1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account, deposit funds, or place wagers on jili05. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

1.3 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 1.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jili05. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until account verification is complete.

2. Account Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify jili05 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through your account. jili05 will not reverse or refund transactions resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, except where required by applicable law or where jili05 determines in its sole discretion that fraud or unauthorized access by a third party has occurred.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

jili05 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven and other authorized channels, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All payment methods are subject to availability and may incur processing fees as disclosed at the time of transaction.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. jili05 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jili05 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. jili05 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not registered to you, or anonymous sources are prohibited and may result in the deposit being returned (minus any processing fees) and your account being suspended or closed.

3.5 Processing Time

Most deposits are processed instantly and reflected in your account balance within seconds to minutes. However, bank transfers and certain over-the-counter payment methods may take 15 minutes to 24 hours to process depending on the financial institution. jili05 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses, and you must withdraw to a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

4.5 Withdrawal Fees

jili05 does not charge fees for most withdrawal methods up to a reasonable monthly limit. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3–5 per week) may incur administrative fees. Third-party payment processors may also charge their own fees, which are beyond jili05's control.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement prevents the platform from being used to launder money. jili05 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. jili05 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili05 platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, and the jili05 brand name, is the property of jili05 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Service without prior written consent from jili05, except as necessary for normal web browsing and account use.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall jili05's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If your account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, jili05 may close the account and charge a monthly inactivity fee deducted from your balance until the balance reaches zero.

10.2 Termination by jili05

jili05 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Common reasons for account closure include violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, abuse of bonuses, or if jili05 determines in its sole discretion that continuing your account poses a risk to the platform or other Players.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. If your account is closed for legitimate reasons (e.g., voluntary closure, inactivity), you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to applicable wagering requirements. If your account is closed for violation of these Terms, jili05 may withhold any remaining balance and winnings.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against jili05.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Entire Agreement
